Residential units and common areas have been worked out to appear open and airy. The design also incorporates genuine nature and ventilation. You’ll be able to feel and breathe in the fresh air from the moment you step into our property.

2. Security Deposit 5,000 Baht pay by cash on date check in / will return on date check out
3. Villa can accommodate 8 person maximum in each room. you can have 2 extra person maximum in each property, an extra person would be charge at 500 Baht/Person/Night (with out bed) or 1,000 Baht/person/night with extra bed
4.Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Smoking area is outside where ashtrays are provided. If found 10,000 Baht will be collected as fine for professional deep cleaning
5. Pets are not permitted in all villas due to some guests having pet allergies.
6. Noieses our villa are located in a gated community that some neighbors are families with infants. Please keep noise at an acceptable level after 22:00 HRS
