The unit has a queen bed and a sofa bed (125cm x 140cm), international cable TV, free WIFI (high speed internet), air conditioning and a nice bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with a brand new fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric induction cooker, glasses, plates and pans.

The apartment is very centrally located with easy access to anywhere on the island by motorbike or car. Several grocery stores, Central shopping mall and restaurants are just a quick ride away, fruit stall in walking distance. Andamanda Waterpark almost opposite the condominium and 15min drive to Phuket old town as well as to the closest beach.
Its is recommendable to rent a motorbike or use grab/taxi which is both easily accessible.
Internet, water and common fees are included in the rental price.
Electricity will have to be paid separately, at 7 THB per unit (meter reading), either upon checkout or month-end (for long term stays).
To give an idea, the AC consumes approximately 1 unit (i.e. 7 THB) per hour.
