Elegant, refined apartment in Bologna city center, a few steps away from Garisenda and Asinelli Towers. The apartment is on the mezzanine floor of a building with an elevator, located in the Jewish District of the city. It is composed of an open-space living area with an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with an oven, a microwave and an induction hob, a living room with a dining table, a double sofa bed and a TV, and a sleeping area with two bedrooms, both furnished with a queen size bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout of the apartment. Amenities such as free wifi, air conditioning, heating and washing machine will be at guests’ disposal. *Please be informed that the city center is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colors characterizing its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 km of porticoes. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season. The central station is a 20-minute walking distance, while the airport is 25 minutes away by car.
