This 2-bedroom apartment with a private garden is situated in Gravedona. Just 1 km from a lake, it is great for both families and groups. There is a shared swimming pool for relaxation. From this apartment, you can plan an excursion to Gallio Palace and Lake Como Adventure Park. In the evening, you can hit the nearby lake. A forest, supermarkets, and restaurants can be found 1 km away. Parking is available on the premises and you will find a shared terrace ideal for barbecues. This centrally heated accommodation has a satellite TV and WiFi for entertainment. A sofa bed is kept in the living room to relax on. There is an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and refrigerator at your disposal. For the comfort of kids, a separate bed is available. A pet can be kept after paying a small rental fee. The house is accessible from the parking level, located within the property, via a recently installed lift (2019), or via external stairs. The private indoor parking area is accessed from the road above (provincial road) via a short, fairly steep ramp. It is a few steps from the lift to the entrance. Malpensa Airport is less than a 2-hour drive away. Tourist tax is only applicable for guests over 14 years of age and for the first 10 days of their stay. Any overpayment made at the time of booking will be refunded on the spot. Service charges from 20/10 to 10/4 refer to heating and are additional to the service charges of 6 euros per person/night.
