It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, an ensuite toilet and a patio outside to take advantage of the sunshine - as this property has been precisely placed to benefit from sunlight into the evening.

The interior of this property is well-kept with a modern colour palette and homely touches throughout. It sleeps up to six guests, with a double bed in the first bedroom, two singles in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living area. The double bedroom is particularly spacious, with a large wardrobe, shelving and plenty of room for a travel cot, plus an ensuite toilet and sink. The main bathroom has a toilet, shower, sink and storage space for toiletries.

The open-plan living area is separated from the bedrooms by a hallway and door, giving you extra peace and privacy between the two areas of the home. The kitchen area has an oven, stove, microwave, toaster and kettle, as well as a full-size fridge with three drawers of freezer space, perfect for bringing home a food shop. The kitchen is also kitted out with everything you need to cook and enjoy a meal, including utensils, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

The spacious carpeted lounge area has two large sofas that wrap around each corner of the room, perfect for the whole family to sit around and enjoy family time together. One of the sofas is paired with matching stools and a dining table for meals. There's also a coffee table, TV and electric fireplace to cosy around, or if you prefer, bring along some deck chairs and spend quality time basking outside on the patio - this property has been positioned to get as much light as possible right through the afternoon till sunset.

Towels and bedding are included, together with gas and electricity on the terms of a fair use basis.
