Double-glazed with central heating, this beautiful static mobile home has three bedrooms, one full bathroom and an extra toilet. It’s situated in the centre of Camber Sands Holiday Park, with the sandy beach 5 minutes’ walk away on one side, and the park’s amenities 5 minutes’ walk away on the other.

Up to eight guests can stay in this spacious property, with a double bed in the first bedroom and two twin bedrooms both containing two single beds. There’s also a double sofa bed in the lounge area that can be prepared on request.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, toaster and kettle, plus plenty of cookware and tableware. The lounge has a large wraparound sofa facing the TV and electric fire, plus a dining table with fitted seating and two stools. The property is decorated in a peaceful colour palette of neutrals and greys, complemented by the cool-toned wood effect cupboards and floors, giving the space a calming feel. There’s also a set of outdoor furniture to enjoy quality time in the fresh air.

Towels and bedding are included, together with gas and electricity on the terms of a fair use basis.
