The unit is spread over 106 m2 and has capacity for 4 people. It is located in 52/42 Tower 1, in one of the most sought after residential areas in Dubai.

The living room has a curvy large sofa with lots of little cushions, a comfortable armchair, nestled in front of a large TV unit topped with a 65-inch smart TV with streaming services, such as Netflix. The second bathroom also is fully equipped; it has a bathtub, a toilet, and both of them having all the amenities you might need, e.g., body soap, cleaning products, shower gel, towels, toilet paper, and more.
The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and first aid kit. It also has WIFI and central air conditioner throughout the space.
