The open plan air-conditioned living area opens onto a small outdoor fenced courtyard, looking over towards the beach. With a BBQ on-site, what a perfect way to enjoy a Byron summer evening. The home has 2 queen bedrooms with fans and lots of light, with a large built-in robe in the master. A new modern bathroom with shower, plus washer and dryer available. The downstairs bedroom adjacent to the living area is spacious and has a bunk bed suitable for children or two smaller adults. There are plenty of games and toys, with a portable cot, high chair and small baby bath if needed. If you are looking for a great central location and walking distance to everything then this is a must property. Bookings will be cancelled upon breach of these policies. Thank you for your understanding. Parking this near the beach is a hot commodity and it's mostly paid spots. You will have access to 1 undercover garage spot to park in during your stay. Please note that it is a bit of a squeeze behind the unit so really large cars may not fit; the roof clearance is 180cm. The parking on the street out front is paid parking from 9AM to 6PM but you may find a free spot in the side street right beside our building, or there is free parking further out of town but if this is your only option you may want to unload first and then park. Out front of the flat there is a communal BBQ area you are welcome to use. Please leave it as you found it as it is a shared space. There is also an outdoor shower in the garden that you can use to rinse off from the beach. Around the back of the unit is a large clothesline and you will find pegs and detergent under the laundry sink in our unit. Stroll across the road to Main Beach or head a bit further down the beach to some fantastic surf breaks. Clarkes, The Pass and The Wreck are all within walking. If you head one way you will find Beach Byron Bay restaurant for a lovely dining experience right on the beach, breakfast lunch or dinner or head the other way and you will be right down in the heart of town with a huge selection of excellent food and shopping.
