The complex consists of 4 homes each with their own private outdoor entertaining and pool area. They are located just a 5 minute walk to pristine Belongil Beach and a 10 minute walk to Byron town centre and Main Beach.
KoKo’s Beach Houses boast modern European furnishings and luxury appliances. Guests will enjoy the large open plan kitchen, dining, lounge and outdoor entertaining area. Each house has 4 bedrooms, two en-suite and two with a shared bathroom.
Kokos Beach House is centrally located, nestled between the town centre and the sea. In Byron town, you will find all of your restaurants, bars, retail, wellness centres and amenities all at a 8 walk from the accommodation.
It is a 5-minute walk to Belongil beach for a swim or a surf or a 10-minute walk to main beach.
There is garage parking for two cars at Kokos. It is a 27 minute drive from Ballina airport and a 45 minute drive from Coolangatta airport.
If you dont have a car that is also okay because Kokos is a 5-minute walk from town.
