Pialligo Truffles is a family owned boutique truffle farm located in the picturesque and rural suburb of Pialligo in Canberra. Stay in our private and peaceful luxury yurt, situated on our Pialligo Truffles property. This is a unique and intimate accommodation experience ideal for singles, couples or small groups travelling for business or a relaxing getaway. Close to Canberra airport and a short drive or bike ride to Canberra’s City Centre and Kingston Foreshore. The yurt features: 2 bedrooms Renovated bathroom Open Plan living area Self-contained renovated kitchen Amenities: Free undercover parking Easy access Self-contained kitchen Washing machine & dryer Wifi Apple Tv Marshall Bluetooth speaker Enclosed Fireplace Reverse cycle heating and cooling Electric wall heaters in bedrooms Private & secure entrance Use of tennis court Access to a gym Additional children's/infants items available on request Most of the time I am around the farm if you need anything, occasionally I may be away but will still be able to assist with anything you need. Pialligo is a unique suburb, the street is lined with nurseys and gift shops to wander through. We have 2 cafes within walking distance in addition to the highly acclaimed Pialligo Estate Winery. We are with in walking distance of the airport but are lucky enough we rarely hear the planes, it is always a peaceful sleep on the farm. If your lucky enough during the day you will see the local peacocks parading down the street. We have 2 push bikes available for use, it is easy to ride around the lake and to many of the tourist attractions located near the city. We don't have any access to bus routes on our street but you are able to walk to the airport and catch the local bus from there. Ubers and taxi's are always very close buy and it's a 10 minute ride to Kingston Foreshore, Manuka or the City.
