Kunzea is situated in the heart of the Coles Bay village. Leave the car behind and walk or ride within minutes to all local shops, the tavern, and the boat ramp. The property is located on the road that leads to the entrance of Freycinet National park just a few minutes drive away.
Kunzea overlooks native forest reserve (with walking tracks) on the street side and backs onto the Doris and Rita Reserve, an area of native bush which is accessed from the back gate and host to a number of short walks - one of which leads to a lookout point with views over Great Oyster Bay.
The property is bathed in all day sunshine, with morning sun flooding the living area and afternoon sun filling the rear patio and backyard.
There is a spa bath in the ensuite bathroom.
Kunzea at Freycinet has a great entertainment deck where you can enjoy outdoor dining and a large BBQ is supplied.
Stylishly designed with your comfort in mind, this is a great holiday house for a couple or family and friends.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped and has an espresso machine for the coffee lovers.
The lounge, dining and kitchen is open plan.
There is a large screen TV in the lounge (with Chromecast) and a 2nd TV in the main bedroom - free wifi is provided.
This property can sleep up to 5 guests, with the use of a rollaway bed. There is a queen bed in the main bedroom, a double bed in the second bedroom and a rollaway bed to accommodate a child.
This holiday house has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay close to the National Park (home to Wineglass Bay) and many other attractions.

You are booking the whole house when reserving this property, it is not shared.
We are only a phone call away if you need any assistance, however we leave you in privacy to enjoy your stay.
Close to attractions and the National Park. A short walk to cafe's, beaches, Tavern and Jetty.
You will need a vehicle, as there are no taxi services or public transport.
Covid safety changes to note prior to your arrival:
Due to Covid safety, we have been advised to remove provisions and amenities that cannot be easily sanitised and to not proceed in sanitising food container & beverage container items. This includes items such as salt & pepper containers and cooking oil. Cardboard items such as al foil, cling wrap, paper towels and tissues etc have been removed for now.
Wherever we can, we have switched to individually portioned items such as dish power, washing power, tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper sachets.
All items are complimentary, and not included in the tariff, and are provided free of charge by the owner of the property.
We do hope this is only a temporary measure and we can get back to our usual procedures at some stage soon, however we are following strict Covid safe regulations and guidelines, including having an in depth Covid safety plan and enhanced and adequate cleaning procedures.
We have also removed the compendiums and have an online version for guests, we send this to guests in an email and there is also a QR code at the property to access this information on your own device.
These changes are in place to keep guests safe, and it is vital that we do everything possible to ensure guests remain as safe as possible while staying in any of Freycinet Holiday Houses properties.
