Sentinel at Freycinet is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the stunning Great Oyster Bay and Hazard Mountains. You can literally throw a stone from your sun-drenched deck into the waters below from this property. The house enjoys all day sun and is situated in one of Coles Bay’s most majestic locations, right on the water’s edge of Richardsons Beach. This property backs onto a beautiful coastal walking track that leads you to the beach only 50m on way or 100m the other way to coffee shops restaurants and more esplanade walks.
Upon entering the property, you will be blown away by the majestic views of the water and mountains. The property is perched up overlooking these magic waters tucked within some stunning local gum tree species and Oyster Bay Pines.
The living and dining area has been designed to be very open and spacious making for relaxing and entraining friends and family a breeze.
The kitchen is fully equipped for those wanting to cook up a storm with the regions local produce. As you walk into the sun-drenched relaxing lounge room you will be able to access a huge wrap around deck where you can immerse yourself in the sounds of the waters below you and of the local wildlife. With a local oyster farm down the road and many local food & wine options, afternoons overlooking the bay on this deck with be hard to top!!
The property has 3 spacious bedrooms which can sleep up to 5 guests, two of the bedrooms have views of the water where you can enjoy those slow mornings in bed watching the ever-changing ocean conditions.
There are not many properties located in a position quite like this, where you are situated on the very edge of The Freycinet National Park. Also, you can walk from your doorstep to many gorgeous bays and coves whist enjoying some fresh bakery delights and coffee.
