This particular unit has 3 bedrooms upstairs, the main bedroom with walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom, shower and access to a gorgeous balcony overlooking Seven Mile Beach, this balcony is shared with adjoining bedroom 2 whereas bedroom 3 is positioned at the back of the property and fitted with 2 single beds. The spacious main bathroom also on this level allows for easy access and accommodates a full sized bath tub and shower.
The ground floor houses a fully equipped laundry and a third toilet, top loading washing machine and wall fitted dryer. The living space is tastefully decorated with various wall artifacts and fixtures, plus a large 2 and 3 seater lounge adding to its appeal and comfort. The freshly renovated unit is a favourite among our repeating guests. This area extends through the large sliding glass doors to the paved, private external area adjoining the green lawns that encompass the grounds, a wonderful area for children and adults alike with a full view of our gorgeous beach close by.
