Located on the esplanade at Port Vincent and directly across from the beach, the Marine Parade Holiday Units are comprised of 2 ground level units, each with 3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom.
Unit 1 of the Marine Parade Holiday Units has 3 bedrooms – double, queen, bunk; sleeping up to 6 people.

Unit 1 of the Marine Parade Holiday Units has 3 bedrooms – double, queen, bunk; sleeping up to 6 people. Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels) with them for their stay.
There is one bathroom inside with a shower and toilet, and an additional toilet is located outside at the rear of the unit complex.
The lounge room has reverse cycle split system air-conditioning, with a large television, DVD player, DVD's & board games for guests to use during their stay.
The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric stove, fridge with freezer on top, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine; and a highchair is provided for guests travelling with toddlers.
At the rear of the unit complex are laundry facilities which are shared by both ground floor units & the complex, with a front load washing machine, iron & ironing board.
Outside is a choice of flat plate or hooded gas barbecue, with an outdoor entertaining area with seating at the front and rear of the complex, which is shared use.
The shared rear yard is secure and fenced, with a lawned area at the front of the unit complex.
There is off-street parking behind the fence for 2 cars or 1 car & a boat per unit; and for those coming to fish, a fish cleaning area is located in the rear yard.
The Port Vincent foreshore and playground is just a 1 minute walk across the road, or the back beach is a short walk to the south, a popular location for raking for Blue Swimmer crabs. The units have a crab cooking pot & gas burner for cooking up your catch.
The 500km long Walk The Yorke trail goes along Port Vincent's beachfront following existing trails throughout the town. With interpretative signage along the way and the trail can be accessed easily from the accommodation.
