Storm Haven sleeps up to six. There are three bedrooms, two queen beds, a king single and single bed. Quilts and pillows are supplied; guests just need to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea-towels.
The property features two bathrooms, one with deep bath. There is a large lounge/ dining/kitchen area with large television and Blu-ray DVD player.
The kitchen has dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. Storm Haven has reverse cycle ducted air conditioning, with ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. There is a separate sitting room overlooking street and front yard.
Outdoors the secure rear yard has a rear veranda with outdoor dining for eight and hooded barbecue. Pets permitted by arrangement.

This property will allow pets subject to a pet being a minimum of 12 months of age at time of stay and a $100 refundable pet bond to be paid to the host direct one week prior to your arrival. (This is in addition to a minimum $300 property security bond which applies to all bookings, payable direct to the host.)
Maximum 2 pets at any one property. Check property details, pets allowed outside only unless stated otherwise. Our pet rules will be emailed to you once your booking is confirmed. If unsure about whether a property is suitable for pets, please do not book but contact us to discuss your pet requirements.

This property does not supply linen included as part of your booking, and guests will need to bring linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels) with them for their stay.
THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:
All properties are fully self-contained; however personal requirements and consumables are not supplied.
Whilst some properties may have minimal quantities of toilet paper, washing powders & detergents, and soap; it is expected that guests will bring their own items for the length of their stay.
Generally, nothing is provided in the way of food items. Guests need to bring their own tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and other food stuffs.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Country Getaways Holiday Rentals office is located in Maitland (South Australia) and is open 9am- 4pm Monday to Friday.
As part of making your booking, you agree to the terms & conditions of stay. Country Getaways Holiday Rentals will require credit card details after making your booking and prior to key details being given.

Bonds are refunded within 14 business days of departure, and following the report from the cleaner.
