Welcome to our fabulous pet friendly home located in stunning Sunshine Beach. Our comfortable two level home is set over two levels with a fully enclosed rear garden and surrounded by lush tropical trees. A local interior designer has furnished the house with gorgeous coastal decor and furnishings. We are a three minute walk to the beach and a near flat six minute walk to the Village. We supply all mod cons including coffee machine, TV and Wifi so you can enjoy the holiday of a lifetime
Our fabulous Sunshine Beach townhouse flows over two spacious levels. Your private entrance is at the front of the townhouse and there is a single car garage with internal access directly into our home. There is an additional parking space on the left hand side of the garden. The ground level comprises of two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, main bathroom with a low bath (perfect for children), laundry with washing machine / dryer in one and a walled courtyard to the front and a fully enclosed rear garden surrounded by lush tropical trees. A set of stairs leads up to the open plan living, kitchen and master bedroom. The kitchen has all mod cons including Nespresso compatible coffee machine. The lounge area cosy couch and large smart TV with Netflix and the lounge flows out to a beautiful balcony with Weber BBQ, bench and looking out to lush trees. There is also an air conditioner upstairs and fans throughout. The top level enjoys cooling breezes and is fly screened throughout
As our guest you have access to the entire townhouse and garden apart from one locked storeroom for our personal items.

We are located an easy 3 minute walk to beautiful Sunshine Beach and a 5 minute walk to the village where you will find a host of amenities including gourmet cafes (which are dog friendly), try Fomo or Costa Noosa and enjoy an early morning coffee with your pooch, award winning restaurants (don't miss Sum Yung Guys and ensure you book well in advance), corner store and newly renovated Surf Club. North Sunshine Beach is an off lease dog friendly part of the beach and you can drive to Surf Street and park in the car park in 3 minutes. Noosaville is also very pet friendly so you can bring your doggie for a walk along the calm river and enjoy a coffee or cocktail in one of the dog friendly restaurants along Gympie Terrace. Noosaville is only a 7 minute drive away. World famous Hastings Street is only a minute drive away.
Everything in Sunshine Beach is accessible by an easy walk. There are also very regular local buses (which are free over the Christmas, New Year and Easter periods) that travel from Sunshine Beach to Noosa, Noosa Junction, Noosaville and Peregian Beach. Many locals and visitors safely cycle or scooter to, and around Noosa. Maroochydore airport is only a 30 minute drive away and Brisbane International Airport is a 1.5 hour drive along the motorway. There are many bus companies that pick up and drop off to Brisbane and Maroochydore airports.
Noosa Council Local Laws & Noise Restrictions
Our local council have passed new laws for all holiday accommodation properties in the Shire from the 1st of February 2022. The laws are mostly in regards to any type of excessive noise that will disturb our residential neighbours at any time but especially after 10pm at night. Excessive noise is deemed as loud talking, laughing or singing as well as loud music or screaming and shouting. Council have a 24/7 complaints hotline for residents of Noosa and a security team member will need to respond to complaints with 30 minutes, either via phone call to you or a visit to the property. If this occurs during your stay the charge for the call / callout will be submitted for payment to the main guest. Please remember these are not our individual host rules but are Council laws which we must respect to keep our hol
