This spacious, newly renovated home is located in a quiet cul de sac with views of Mount Coolum and incredible sunsets of Mount Ninderry.
The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan living/dining/kitchen which opens out onto a large outdoor entertaining deck area overlooking the salt water pool and yard. All living is upstairs with only a laundry downstairs.
There are 2 lounge rooms with two TV's as well as the deck and yard both with lounges allowing you to find your own peaceful area to relax whilst still being able to keep your eyes on the kids with a trampoline, basketball hoop, ball games in the fully fenced yard.
Pet Friendly- With some great dog friendly beaches and cafes only minutes away we are more than happy for you to bring your fur babies on your holiday. We do however ask that they remain outside, off any furniture and you kindly clean up after them.

Yaroomba Beach is only 2 kms away which starts at Point Arkwright which is a beautiful headland South of Coolum Beach. There are lovely rock pools for children and a popular spot for surfers.
Coolum is 5 minutes by car and has all your holiday needs-
Woolworths/Coles, Surf Club, Local Pub, Restaurants, Cafes, Boutique Stores, Petrol Stations, Doctors & Chemists.
For those wanting a more adventurous holiday there are plenty of activities located nearby- Surfing, golf, tennis, lap pool, bike tracks, coastal bush walks, skydiving, skate park.
Sunshine Coast Airport is 10 minutes away.
Brisbane Airport is 75 minutes.
