Enjoy nearby access to Cotton Tree Beach, just minutes from the apartment, walking distance to a number of shops and cafes, and a short 5 min drive up Aerodrome Rd to spend a day shopping in the newly expanded Sunshine Plaza. Because of the central location, it’s a simple drive further north to climb Mount Coolum, or visit Hastings St in Noosa, or even plan a family trip with the kids just around the corner at Sea Life Mooloolaba. Other beaches to note: - Maroochydore Beach 0.9 Km, nine-minutes walk or two-minutes drive - Alexandra Headland Beach 0.5 Km, six-minutes walk or two-minutes drive Cotton Tree Beach is just minutes away on foot, as are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants. Most other places can quickly be accessed by car or bike. *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* -No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a bond form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form. We use hotel quality linen via a professional linen service that adhere to the highest levels of Australian chemical & heat sanitisation standards.
