There are two bathrooms - one with bath, open lounge area with ocean views, two wall split air conditioning systems - one in the kitchen, the other in the rumpus room with ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
There are two televisions with DVD players and a modern, well equipped kitchen with a second refrigerator in the dining room.
Well equipped kitchen with two large fridges Bayview has a large outside deck overlooking the ocean with a four burner barbecue, two outdoor settings for four (eight seats in total).
The laundry has a washing machine and the yard is not secure. Sorry, pets are not permitted.

This property does not supply linen included as part of your booking, and guests will need to bring linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels) with them for their stay, or linen can be hired through the Country Getaways office.
THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:
All properties are fully self-contained; however personal requirements and consumables are not supplied.
Whilst some properties may have minimal quantities of toilet paper, washing powders & detergents, and soap; it is expected that guests will bring their own items for the length of their stay.
Generally, nothing is provided in the way of food items. Guests need to bring their own tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and other food stuffs.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Country Getaways Holiday Rentals office is located in Maitland (South Australia) and is open 9am- 4pm Monday to Friday.
As part of making your booking, you agree to the terms & conditions of stay. Country Getaways Holiday Rentals will require credit card details after making your booking and prior to key details being given.
**Please note that a refundable security bond (often called a security deposit), which is minimum $300 is payable direct to the host before access to accommodation is granted. The office is contactable via phone or email, for information regarding your (URL HIDDEN)
Bonds are refunded within 14 business days of departure, and following the report from the cleaner.
