Other things to note
Check-in time is after 15:00 pm until 21:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 morning the following day (we need to do cleaning after you check out, guests will be ready to clean the room next to stay)

-Check the doors and latches to ensure they are locked for the security and safety of your belongings and our property.
-Please contact us immediately, if there’s any damage to the locking systems
-Any illegal activities in the property is strictly PROHIBITED
-Outside visitors and overnight guests are NOT ALLOWED without prior approval from host.
-Keep the noise low, respect our neighbours around
-Personal belongings such as wallet, handphones, etc. are at your own responsibility
-Smoking is NOT ALLOWED
-NO PETS is allowed
-Take care of the items in homestay, TURN OFF electricity and water when not in use
-Check out time is at 11AM PLEASE RETURN card and keys to the host
-Guest will be financially responsible for the loss of cards and keys

Below Are some question we need to alert as our lovely security guard will ask questions as below:
1) Q - Are you homestay?
A - No, I stay my friend house ?
2) Q - How many day to you stay?
A - For long time, not short stay. Properly a year ?
3) Q - Could you show me your booking receipt?
A - No, we don't any booking,
4) If they come to your house press the door bell, and you are just pretend sleeping, and never open the door?.
5) They might ask you register at the counter, you can go register remember to put as a "Visitor" at remarks
If they still push you question, you just say I don't understand your language, pretend you don't know what are their talking about, and just say to them, you call me will do?
Penalty is rm200, once they found you as a short stay/hotel stay? or block the access card
