If any evidence of smoking is found, a fine of RM500 will be imposed. 2. Quiet Hours – Please keep noise levels low after 11 PM. 3. Alcohol – Drinking is allowed, but do not get drunk. Drunken behavior causing harm to others will lead to immediate eviction without a refund. 4. Cleaning Fee – A RM300 fee applies if the unit is left excessively dirty. 5. Shoes Off – Please remove your shoes inside the unit. 6. Tidy Up – Leave the unit clean, as you would your own home. 7. Dishes & Trash – Wash all dishes after use and dispose of kitchen waste daily to avoid odors and flies. 8. Keep Quiet in Common Areas – Please be mindful of noise in elevators, hallways, and the lobby. 9. Access Card & Key – One access card and key will be provided at check-in. 10. Power Off – Before you leave, turn off all switches (e.g., air conditioning, heater, lights) and unplug devices. 11. Lost Key/Card – A RM80 fee applies for a lost key or access card.
