This suite has 42" flat-screen TV with Netflix in bedroom another 32" flat-screen TV & TVbox at dining hall, a kitchen for light cooking with a fridge, a seating area, washing machine, dryer and 1 bathroom with a hot tub, a shower and a bath.
610 sf with Hot tube jacuzzi, covered car park, perfect for 2 persons. Maximum can accommodate up to 3 persons. Furnished with one (1) queen bed, extra guests can sleep on the sofa bed where blanket/pillow will be provided too.
Swimming pool and gym room facilities are available. If you are driving, indoor parking is provided (free) and there's plenty of legal (free) outdoor car park outside the apartment. MRT is only 500m away within 5 minute walk next to Shell Gas Station beside the condo building, which is superbly convenient!
Also have all the basic amenities of a home. It has cooking hood, hub, kettle, shampoos, hair dryer, fridge for light cooking purposes. It also come with a washer and a dryer where guest can clean and dry their cloth in the apartment.

1. Strictly No Smoking allowed in the premises.
2. Strictly No Foods/Drinks/Snacks in Bedroom.
3. No high volume of noise after 12 midnight.
4. Drinking of alcohol is permitted but DO NOT get drunk! Drunken guest caused harm to others will be asked to leave the unit IMMEDIATELY with no refund of the balance!
5. Guest who messed and caused horrible dirt will be charged with RM300 for cleaning.
6. Guests are advised to take off shoes inside the house.
7. Clean up the place like your home when you leave. Guest stays more than 7 days will be provided with a maid once a week at No charge! Bed Linings and towels will be changed once a week!
8. Guests are advised to wash all the dishes after used and to trash the kitchen waste every day to ensure no breed of flies and caused smell in the unit.
9. Guests are advised NOT to make noise in the elevators, hallways, lobby, etc...
10. Access card and door key 1 unit* will be given upon your check-in.
11. Turn off all the switches eg aircon, heater, lights before you leave the unit.
12. Lost key/access card will be charged RM200 for replacement.
13. LATE CHECKOUT will be charged half-day rental.
14. Any payment like extension of stay or mini bar, kindly make payment via onlne.
