For Full Board Package, children age from 4 to 12 years old will be charged MYR 380 (excluding taxes) per person if staying on existing bedding. Additional surcharge is applicable for stays on weekends (friday and saturday), public holidays and school holidays.
The property offers ferry transfer from Shahbandar Jetty to Redang.
To reach the property, a compulsory boat transfer needs to be arranged.
The departure times from Shahbandar Jetty are 9:30 AM and 12:00 PM.

Guests are advised to arrive at the jetty at least 30 minutes prior to the boat departure time. Kindly contact the property in advance for boat transfer arrangement.
From September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay. Please note these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable additionally during check out.
