A tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
Corkage fee of MYR 5 for beer and liquor will be charged (Bottled beer is not applicable).
Guests will be charged MYR 50 per crate.
Guests with bottled liquor and glassware provided will be charged MYR 60.
If guests miss the scheduled boat transfer, a chartered private boat is available at an additional charge of MYR 450 per boat per way. However, the service will be available only before 5:00 PM.
Sari Pacifica Resort & Spa is accessible via boat transfer from Merang Jetty Terminal.

Boat schedule:
Departure from Merang Jetty to Redang - 08:00 AM and 09:30 AM
Departure from Redang to Merang Jetty - 09:00 AM and 11:00 AM

Boat charges:
Adults - MYR 55 per person per way
Children - MYR 35 per child per way

Visitors go to the island will need to pay at the Jetty for a compulsory Marine & National Park Fee:
MYR 10 per adult for Malaysian citizen
MYR 35 per adult for Foreign visitors

IN THE EVENT OF ANY MISSED OF SCHEDULE BOAT, A CHARTED PRIVATE BOAT IS PROVIDED BEFORE 05:00 PM WITH THE COST MYR 450 PER BOAT PER WAY
The property can be reached by boat transfer from Merang Jetty Terminal as the below schedule:
-From Merang Jetty to the property- 8:00 AM, 9:30 AM and 1:00 PM
-From the property to Merang Jetty - 9:00 AM, 11:00 PM
Adults and children will be charged MYR 55 and MYR 35 per person respectively.

The boat transfer schedule may subject to change or being cancelled due to an adverse weather.
The property does not permit food from outside.
The reception is open from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM from Monday to Friday and from 09:00 AM to 12:30 PM on Saturday. The reception is closed on Sunday.
To reach the property, a compulsory boat transfer needs to be arranged for 55 MYR per person and 35 MYR per child. The fee is payable directly at the property. Please inform the property of your arrival details upon completing the booking.
Due to the monsoon season, the property will be closed from October 15, 2018 until further notice.
From September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay. Please note these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable additionally during check out.
