Balay Natu Country Home is inside a 30-hectare family estate - Pestano farm.. Phillip’s Sanctuary is also inside the same estate. Guests at Balay Natu are welcome to go around the unrestricted areas of the estate /Sanctuary.

Located in Antipolo, Rizal. Experience a relaxing farm stay just about an hour away from the busy cities of Metro Manila.

Bedroom 1 with AC:
1 Queen bed with 2 pull out singles ( 4 pax )

Bedroom 2 with AC :
5 Single beds ( 5 pax )

2nd floor library (Open space, no AC):
1 day bed + optional 6 single latag style mattresses (9 pax)

1st floor open den:
1 sofa bed + 1 day bed with pull out (4pax)

3 bathrooms ( 1 downstairs and 2 upstairs) - no water heater

Because of our remote location, our electric supply fluctuates. Our Meralco power is not that strong. When using AC we ask that you power some units and lights down if they are not in use.

24-hour security. Free Parking. Standby Generator in case of brownouts.

Guests are able to access some facilities of Phillip's Sanctuary (subject to availability and covid protocols) including the ff:

There's also a food outlet named "Samgyup sa Farm" which serves unlimited Korean BBQ
-This is open on weekends (Friday - Sunday)

Noy Pepe farm cafe is inside the Estate that offers Filipino /Intercon dishes
-This is open everyday, but please pre-order with us at least 2 days prior to arrival.

Noy Pepe also offers catered meals, you may request the menu from us.

You will also pass by Little Baguio on the way to our farm.

Limited LTE and wifi connection but an unlimited connection to nature, to appreciate surroundings and the perfect venue to bonding with family and friends without any distractions.

There are no fast-food restaurants/convenience stores near our home. About 10-15 minutes away, there are variety stores and some food stores but it is best to buy needed food, ice, etc in the city before going to our home.

Check out is at 11:30 AM

Rate is P 15,000 for 10 pax. The additional headcount rate is P1k/pax.
3yo and below, Free.

The inside of our home can comfortably accommodate 18 pax and a maximum of 22 pax.

If you are more than that, another option is you take another cabin within our estate and those who sleep there can join your group for swimming, fellowship, meals, etc.
