Note that our location is closer to these attractions than downtown Baguio area. Downtown Baguio is about 10-15 mins away depending on the traffic. That being said, expect cooler fresher air in this area, lesser vehicle noise equals serenity!
As an accredited condo transient accommodation, we are regulated by the City.

- City limits accommodation to 50% capacity. Currently, only up to 2 people can be accommodated. Families with 2 kids ages 8 to 12 y/o maybe allowed. Please inform the host.
