Guest can access the whole condo unit and common areas like lounge area,roof deck where you can view the City of Baguio,playground,gazebo,cafe,laundry station and gym but will minimal fee.
Other things to note
*We are required to collect all guests name and vehicle plate number for our Guest List in line with the condominium protocols.The security guard will collect valid ID before you can enter the property.
*Upon entry you can proceed to the parking area of the building(Southbelle) and park at the designated parking slot number to be sent to you after your booking confirmation.
*NO SMOKING POLICY
