House is 2 stories with 4 bedrooms. 2 toilet and bath, hot shower. There is a separate bachelor's pad below not for rent and is off limits to guests. Garage is good for 1, extra cars are for street parking (totally safe please check photos for wide street view). Covered court in front of the house is open to all pls bring your own ball :) Towels, beddings and toiletries already provided. You kay cook, kitchen utensils, cooking pots and rice cooker provided. 8-10 mins drive to central business district (Burnham, SM Mall and Skyranch, Session Road). 10-15 mins burnham, minesview park Walking distance to jeepney line but if you're patient enough you can catch the express jeepney that passes right in front of the gate. 3 mins walk to Holy Family Church. Lots of shortcuts to tourist spots if you're already familiar with Baguio.
