House near the beach. Cozy, fully air-conditioned house with Wi-Fi (PLDT 300 Mbps) w/back up internet, Netflix ready with Smart TV. FREE use of kitchenware, utensils, and gas (you can cook and grill). Our place is near Laiya Adventure Park, Restaurant, Convenience store, & Market. We have 2 houses.
Each house can accommodate 10 adults and 2 kids. non-beachfront with Free entrance & park at the beach. 2 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk to the beach. You can also check the availability of the other unit.
