The place is less than 2 minutes walk to all the free amenities: Beach, Infinity pool, Kiddie pool, Playground, Half Basketball court and Club house Parola.

The property is located in Seafront Residences Executive Subdivision.

You can bring and cook your own food.
Stove, pots and pans are readily available

Barbeque is allowed inside the property premises.

The Infinity pool is shared with other guest and can be accessed for 2 hrs per day, this is to avoid the place from being crowded and to prevent virus transmission, thus advance reservation is required, available from Tuesday to Sunday starting at 7am to 7pm.

Monday is closed for cleaning and maintenance.

Swimming before or after your reserved schedule is allowed as long as the slot is still available and the pool is not yet crowded.

The Kiddie pool (also closed during Monday) and Beach is accessible anytime, No reservation is required.

Shower and comfort room is also available in the pool area, we encourage guest to maximize its usage for convenience.

No plates, glasses, spoon and fork available as we discourage sharing of the same, for everyones safety.

Please bring your own towel and toiletries

We encourage you to bring your own blanket (Only thin blankets are available)

The max lying capacity is up to 10pax, in excess has an additional charge of 500 per head.

Potential for noise - might experience sometimes due to ongoing construction of houses nearby
