A fully-furnished home in San Juan, Laiya, Batangas. Our home is ideal for families or groups who wish to enjoy a staycation near the beach.
Guests can use the entire home.
Beach access: This is not a beachfront property. Guests may opt to personally book/rent a cottage (day trips) from nearby resorts (not included in the rental rate).
Should you wish for us to provide recommendations, please let us know in advance, our caretaker may be able to provide options which might require advance bookings and down payment to the resort. Our caretaker can also assist on resort bookings upon arrival, subject to availability (Note: cottage rentals and entrance fees to resorts are separate from our rental rate).
It is close to Laiya beach resorts such as Laiya White Cove and Kabayan Beach Resort (approximately 2-3-min. drive or 750m), Moon Palace I Resort (600m) Laiya Coco Grove (650m), Playa Laiya Beach club (500m), Acuaverde Beach Resort (2.7km).
7-11 convenience store, Laplaya Pitstop Store, Andok’s, and other eateries are also nearby (2-min. drive or 7-min. walk).
Wifi connection is available.
San Juan, Batangas Local Government mandates all guests to provide necessary travel requirements prior to arrival.
