Relax with the whole family at this room located in a family vacation house in Malabrigo, Lobo, Batangas.
Experience the pristine beach of Malabrigo, Lobo, Batangas otherwise known as the rocky beach of the South. Just 4 hrs drive from Manila. Malabrigo Lighthouse is just a 10 minutes walk/hike from this place and 5 minutes if by car/motor ride.
Our place was built as a family rest house or vacation home. This is located within a family compound so our neighbors are also our relatives. Our place has a sense of exclusivity and privacy not found in public resorts and a good view of Verde Island Passage. During fishing season, you can buy fresh catch in the beach front patio where there is also casa ran by my relatives at nighttime or at dawn.
Only the room allocated to the guest and beachfront patio in front of Triple N Homestay can be use by the guest. Guest can also access the dining area, dirty kitchen, living rooms both ground floor and second floor, bathrooms, verandas (front and back). Neighboring beachfront patio is not included let us always be considerate of our neighbhors. Guest cannot access the master bedroom located in the ground floor which also serves as our supplies stockroom.

Its is a rural area. The place is quiet and generally safe for tourists.
The means of public transportation within Lobo is mainly thru tricycle. Malabrigo to Lobo Public Market takes about 15 minutes thru tricycle (Php35 per person, Php150 special trip).
You can also hire motorcycle/car/van thru locals depending on where you want to go.
Getting to our property and Brgy. Malabrigo in general is more convenient now that public transportation is already available.
Bus Schedules:
DLTB Bus to Lobo leaves DLTB Bus Terminal Buendia Taft at 6:00PM. Be at the terminal by 4:30PM to secure seats.
DLTB Bus leaves Lobo Public Market around 3:00/3:30AM going to Buendia Taft. Be at the terminal by 2:30AM to secure seats.
Any bus/van going to SM LIPA Terminal from Metro Manila
From SM LIPA Terminal, Lipa to Lobo mini bus is available with the following schedule: Fare is Php125.
LIPA to LOBO
6:00AM first trip
7:00PM last trip
LOBO to LIPA
6:00AM first trip
4:00PM last trip
(terminal in Lobo is located at Lobo Public Market parking space)
Any bus going to Batangas Grand Terminal from Metro Manila
From Grand Terminal Batangas take a jeepney ride to Batangas City Monument/Batangas Lion Club. Fare is Php12. Get off when you see the Lion Statue then take another jeepney ride going to SM Batangas City. Fare is Php 12.Get off when you see Most Holy Trinity Parish Church (beside SM Batangas City). Walk along Santolan Rd behind the Parish Church is the Jeepney Terminal going to Lobo Public Market. Fare is Php100 per person.
From Lobo Public Market tricycle going to Brgy. Malabrigo is available up to 5:00PM only for Php35 per person. Beyond 5:00PM, you may hire tricycle/motorcycle as a special trip.
Get off when you see Basketball Court/Chapel/ (it is the only one in our barangay) or Inay Fe's Sari Sari Store.
Then look for Triple N Homestay Beachfront House.
Upon entry into our municipality guests will be required to pay Php 30 per pax Environmental User's Fee (EUF) at designated checkpoints. You may pay your EUF through online payment methods such as Gcash and PayMaya.
