Swimming pool fees are collected by Admin.

Safe neighborhood and accessible from the East gate of Limketkai mall. Near Brgy Camaman-an and Lapasan.
You may call a taxi or walk towards Limketkail mall for 10-15 mins. Taxi costs < 100 from Limketkai mall.
The nearest gate access for vehicles to Limketkai mall closes at 9pm. Footpath is always available. After 9pm, vehicles have to exit thru the main exit on Lapasan highway and get to Oasis thru Pimentel road in Lapasan or from Camaman-an area.
Respect the rules inside the Oasis grounds, amenities area, and property itself. No pets allowed according to the Admin.
Check the pool opening and closing time. Take good care of your kids while swimming. Swimming pool fees are collected by Admin, not us.
Please prepare IDs that the guard use to log.
You acknowledge you will not engage in illegal activities inside the condo unit.
