One Oasis in Cagayan de Oro City is a new condo with a swimming pool and a gym,and located close to Limketkai Mall,Centrio, and other popular places in the city.Definitely convenient to get around if you stay here.
Unit has Parasat cable and unli Internet.
Please kindly read the description well. I manage this with my sister Yasmin.
Children aged 7-12 y.o. can stay w/ their parents.
Swimming pool fees - Php100 for children, P200 each for adults. Sometimes it is under repair. Pls ask first.
Spacious 28sqm unit with balcony.
Also, there is a rice cooker, kettle, and oven toaster for the guest's use. You can also use the multicooker for cooking meals. There is also TV and Internet available too.
No more free parking.
For same-day booking, please ask first. Also, checkin moved after 2PM for same-day bookings.
Note: No pets allowed per Oasis property management rules.
Hot water for shower available.
Oasis requires IDs to be presented so please prepare it.
Pls book exact number of guests. Extra charge for 3rd guest applies. Kids may stay for free but let us know.

It is about a 10-min walk from Limketkai Mall. Take the East-side gate (Lapasan-Camaman-an side) facing the Camp Alagar mountain and to the right you won't miss the building of Oasis. Simply ask the guards too. Guard can help you get a cab, just ask them.

The nearest gate access for vehicles to Limketkai mall closes at 9pm. Footpath is always available. After 9pm, vehicles have to exit thru the main exit on Lapasan highway and get to Oasis thru Pimentel road in Lapasan or from Camaman-an area.

Check the pool opening and closing time. Take good care of your kids while swimming.
