Have fun with the whole family at this stylish, fully furnished studio unit. Enjoy your peaceful retreat in the quaint atmosphere of Infini. Want to make coffee or fix a quick breakfast? You’ll have your own mini kitchen to help you out with whatever you need. You can also jumpstart a wonderful day at the pool . Read, write, or if you’re up for it, go for a quick swim (the view from the pool overlooking the neighbourhood is best enjoyed in early morning sunlight).

Infini can accommodate only up to a maximum of 3 guests.

It's a studio unit with a queen size bed with pull out bed. It is fitted with its own adequately sized bathroom (toilet and shower) and mini kitchen. There is a smart TV with netflix. Guests are allowed to sign in their Netflix accounts too.

PROPERTY ACCESS
Guests can enjoy all the space and amenities inside the unit. The gym is under construction; however, there is a pool you can enjoy.

POOL

- 3 guests max per unit.
- 2 guests are FREE of charge.
EXCESS PERSON
- 12 years old and above will pay 100 pesos per head per use.
- 12 years old and below will pay 50 per head per use.

POOL SCHEDULE

- Wednesday to Sunday ( 8am to 6pm )
- Monday ( 1pm to 6pm )
since in the morning is their general cleaning of the swimming pool
- NO POOLDAY ON TUESDAY

The Persimmon Studios is approximately 10 km from Mactan Cebu International Airport. The most convenient way to get there is by Grab Car or taxi and would cost between Php 250 to Php 500 depending on the traffic.

The area is a great choice for travelers interested in shopping, food and relaxation. The property is 850 meters or a 10-minute walk to SM City Cebu, 1 km or a 15-minute walk to Ayala Mall and a 10-minute drive to the Seaport where you could hop on a boat to neighboring islands such as Camotes, Bohol, Siquijor, Dumaguete and Leyte.

There is a 24-hour 7-Eleven, pharmacy, mini-grocery, laundry shop, cafes and restaurants within the building right beside the main gate of the property.

Persimmon Studios is only a handful of meters away from the public highway. The best way to get around the city is by Grab Car or taxi.

All guests are required to submit vaccination cards and valid IDs (passport for foreign visitors and any government-issued ID for locals). An authorization letter signed by the host or unit owner shall be submitted along with photocopies of the guests’ IDs and vaccination card/ certificate.

For NOT vaccinated guests, please reach out to the host by clicking the CONTACT HOST button before confirming your reservation so we can discuss it for alternatives.

Please provide all the necessary documents required at least 3 days prior to your arrival or ASAP for last-minute (URL HIDDEN) These are required by the property for security reasons. By submitting your IDs, you agree to disclose all ID-related information in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines.

Guests are given a unique digital lock code, which will be given after submission of pre check in requirements and within 24 hours prior to your check-in schedule.

*CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES*

Check-in time is at 3pm. Check out time is at 11 am. Please be guided that all guests need to check in and out at the exact times as the cleaning staff needs ample time to prepare for the next guest.

We dont have a parking slot in this building . However, theres 4 options on where to park.

Tower 3 where the unit is located.

North Tower

- ₱100 hourly rate

Near establishment of persimmon ( located infront of the guard house )
- first come, first serve basis
- free parking
- untill 11pm (succeeding time will pay a fine of ₱5000)

All payments are settled after you check out. Highly recommended to record your time in and out park for your own basis.

For the rented overnight parking space ( Tower 3 parking slot 516 )
- first come, first serve basis
- advance reservation needed
- pay in advance for reserved parking slot
- ₱300 (3pm - 11am the next day )
Please keep in mind that as an agoda guest, you’re staying in other people’s homes, not in a hotel. Consider it as if it’s your own home, too.
