We are 8 minutes away from the malls, great restaurants & white beaches.
It is located at Building G in 2nd floor Unit 206 just across the clubhouse. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR.
Our 24sqm studio unit is in the heart of Lapu-Lapu Mactan Island which is only 15 mins away to the airport and beach resorts!

"HOUSE RULES"
❇️ Please take your shoes off. We have 2 pairs of house slippers you can use.
❇️ Strictly no smoking inside the condo including the balcony. You may only smoke outside the building.
❇️ No flushing of anything in the toilet except toilet paper.
❇️ No additional guests other than what's reserved. Every visitor/guest must be submitted prior to your stay for endorsement.
❇️ No loud music during quiet hours(10pm-7am)
❇️ Please do not drain oil in the sink. Put it in a plastic bag after letting it cool down. Help us prevent plumbing problems.
❇️ Separate the trash from plastic bottles and tin cans. We have extra trash bags.

❇️ Guests must submit valid ID’s, mandated by Condo Admin for security.
❇️ After valid ID’s are submitted, simple instructions to self-check in will be given to the guests.
❇️ Failure to provide ID ahead of time will be subject to cancellation policy and I have the rights not to accommodate such guests.
Guests can use the balcony to dry clothes. Swimming Pool has a fee of 50 pesos/head/use. It’s a first come first serve basis. Let us know if you would like to use the pool in advance. Parking rate is 100 pesos/24 hours for car/motorcycle.
