Check in time is at 2:00pm, guests are required to present a Valid ID upon check-in at the lobby.
Check out time is at 12:00 noon.

Our condominium is right across SM City Cebu and is only a 10 minute ride away from Ayala Center Cebu, IT Park and the Cebu Wharf/Port. It is also close to the North Bus Terminal, where you can ride a bus to famous tourist destinations north of Cebu like Bantayan Island, Camotes and Medellin. Sunvida also has a coffee shop, a laundry shop and a salon inside the building.

Cooper’s Cabin offers a Php 300/day parking area for tenants. Going around the city by Grab car, taxis and jeepneys is also convenient in the area.
