It is not far from the establishments such as Malls, AIRPORT, Ferry Boat, Opon Market, Mactan Economic Zone, Churches, Resorts, Hospitals and City's Government Center.

Guests can enjoy the swimming pool, picnic & BBQ grill area, children's playground (child-friendly space) and basketball court if you want to burn some calories.

The place has also parking area which is first come first serve basis.

Due to the pandemic, the pool is available only every weekdays. Exclusive for homeowners if weekend. Free for first 2 persons. In excess from 2, guest/s will pay 100 per head for adult and 50 for kids.

SAEKYUNG 956 Condominium is the place for safety and comfortable to stay in a vertical living lifestyle. It is sorrounded by low-density residential neighborhood, just few meters from Brgy. Hall, Looc National High School, Rafael Ramos Naval base and 5 minutes away from the national highway by walk.

Parking is available inside the complex but it is first come first serve basis.

Please keep in mind the following requirements upon check-in;

1. Bring valid ID
2. Prepare Security Deposit. It will be returned after check-out once the unit has no damages or lost items.
