Our place is located in J.P. Laurel Avenue, Bajada, Davao City but it has another gate which gives you access to Buhangin area.
You will stay at a studio unit with 22sqm in size, good for 2 people only. It has a small balcony with a city view.
Our guests can get free access to the following:
1. Swimming pool- free up to 2 persons only
2. Gym area
3. Parking Space- on a first come, first serve basis
We normally contact you before your check-in time and check out time. It is our policy not to initiate messaging during your stay to give you space. However, we are available when you need any further assistance. Just send us a message thru our facebook account and mobile number.
Our condominium is located at a prime location where everything you need is just a 10-minute ride and you can commute on foot to establishments like hospitals,banks and malls.
Camella Northpoint and other neighbouring places are accessible by taxi or jeepney
These are some few things you need to consider before you book:
1. Please note that this condo is newly-built and has just turned over to unit owners. So there might be construction noise during the day on weekdays as some owners are still making renovations of their unit..
2. We are using PLDT Prepaid Wifi since wired internet connection is not yet available in the building. Expect that your internet connection is signal-based and might go intermittent to no signal when there is bad weather.
