This listing has an overlooking very good view of moa and the bay. This is perfect for relaxing. You can catch the fireworks show here either in the bedroom or the living room. perfect view if you step out in the balcony. This is a must-book especially for especial events in moa. If you want to go shopping, its just a few minutes away from the biggest mall in asia. Cheers!
A very good over-looking view of MOA and the bay. It's a 2 bedroom unit. Bed arrangement and sleeping arrangement is as follows:
Bedroom 1: A family bed is in this room. 2 guest can stay here by bed sharing. a floor mattress can also be used in this room.
Bedroom2: A family bed is in this room. 2 guests can also stay in this room. a floor mattress is also available in this room.
Living room: There is another Family bed here. another 2 guests can share the bed. There is also a sofa if one chooses to use it for sleeping. Another floor mattress is available.
The unit has no washing machine. Except for that, all amenities are available.
1. Only 5 towels will be available, but you can request for extra pieces to my assistants. Extra 30pesos for each extra extra towels.
2. Four (4) sachets of shampoo with conditioner and 2 mini soap.
3. If you need an iron or hair blower, just message my assistants whose numbers will be available in the check in instructions that I will send before your check in (1 or 2 days before).
4. You can cook here, but light cooking only.
5. Washing machine is not available in the unit because there are laundry shops downstairs.
6. The unit can accommodate up to 10 pax. But please note that bed sharing is highly recommended. this unit is ideal for 8 adults and 2kids. If all adults, prepare to squeeze-in and sleep in floor mattress.
