SEA RESIDENCE is the very first of the SMDC's line of condo apartments. It's oldie, but still goodie. Truly lots of activities for the family or night life for the millenials.

Surely lots of activities around.
The unit has a balcony which is facing the swimming pool.
The first room has a view of the MOA also where you can see the fireworks.
Don't expect a fancy decorated place, but a 'spacy' place.
Honest advise: Just watch out for small crawlies. :) Dont book this place if you are 'maarte'. Book this place if you want to enjoy! Cheers!
CARPARK SLOT IN THE BASEMENT DEPENDS ON THE AVAILABILITY in THE BASEMENT of SEA RESIDENCES with a rate of PHP600/day. YOU MUST CONFIRM FIRST. IF AVAILABLE, OR and CR of the vehicle is required (only screenshot. to be sent to the host for application of entry).
swimming pool:
weekdays 180 pesos/pax
Weekends and holidays: 200/pax/day. Toddlers below 2years old is 150.

we can arrange a transportation for long distance half day or whole day tours.
1) Copies of the ID of ALL ADULT guests are required as per admin of SMDC. (IDs can be edited to protect important and private details of the guest. only name and photo in the ID should be visible).
2) CARPARK SLOT IS AVAILABLE, but needs to confirm for its availability. (indoor/basement) PHP 600/DAY. Need to book ahead and copies of vehicles' OR and CR is also needed for registration in the Admin office (1 day ahead to process).
3) NO OR/CR, No Parking.
4) NO EARLY CHECK IN.
