CHECK IN/OUT PROCESS:
Upon arrival in the area, you will need to leave your id with the front desk and sign a health declaration form. After that, just proceed to your room. A code will be given to you to open the box with your keycard(If any). Please read the welcome message that we will send as it is specific to the place you will be staying. You can check in anytime after 3pm and checkout anytime before 11am. Detailed information will be sent to you after you complete a reservation with us.

- Any damage or lost items will be charged by the signed guest.
- Please take care of your personal belongings. Unit owners will not be liable/responsible for any lost guest items.
- Penalty of PHP 500.00 for stained fabrics or furniture will be imposed.
- Kindly ensure that upon check out that the unit is in the same condition when rented out.
- Do not keep any garbage inside the unit. There is a designated garbage room near the elevator where you can throw it.
- Ensure to turn off the lights/electrical items when not in use. Kindly conserve water for the sustainability of our mother earth.

There are plenty of transportation around the area from taxis, to grabcar(like uber) or other public transport
