When you need fresh air, the unit has a Balcony! Centrally located near Venice Grand Canal Mall as well as other attractions, you can never run out of entertainment options. Transport options include Bus/Grab/Taxi which is plenty around the area.
Feel free to use all amenities provided in the unit as well as in the building :)
The neighborhood is quiet and friendly with great places to unwind after enjoying your tour or stroll around the area. You will find all the conveniences close by including major attractions like Venice Grand Canal, High End Dining and others. All of these are within minutes from the home.
There are plenty of transportation around the area from taxis, to grabcar(like uber) or other public transport

- Any damage or lost items will be charged by the signed guest.
- Please take care of your personal belongings. Unit owners will not be liable/responsible for any lost guest items.
- Penalty of PHP 500.00 for stained fabrics or furniture will be imposed.
- Kindly ensure that upon check out that the unit is in the same condition when rented out.
- Do not keep any garbage inside the unit. There is a designated garbage room near the elevator where you can throw it.
- Ensure to turn off the lights/electrical items when not in use. Kindly conserve water for the sustainability of our mother earth.
