For those who likes to explore province life, the place is near to San Jose Del Monte City Bulacan which they are near to most of the Hiking Sites like in DRT Town of Bulacan.
It’s very near too to the Famous La Mesa Eco Park and Dam.
Inside the unit you can relax while watching Netflix on a 42 inches Smart Tv. Or you
can browse to a free wifi (50mbps). No interruption and convenient to work from home.

The pools are open for guest but you have to pay a fee in admin office. But due to pandemic, health protocols must be observed. (Please note-Only Registered guest)
Strictly swimwear attire only.
Pool access is P150 per head during weekdays weekends
and holidays is P300.
Lobby area is accessible and concierge until 10pm everyday.
Laundromat are available infront of the building.

For now the availability of transportation are buses, jeeps, Grab and more.
For private car, Just simply asked the guard for the pay parking or just pay in admin office.
Or e-mail us for any request so we can process it in admin but additional expenses from your pockets for the parking.

Parking in the condominium is not free. Parking fee applies and must be paid in admin during office days.
You may also park your car in the malls like Sm Fairview and Fairview Terraces overnight rates is P200..
