First 2 pax: 150/pax/day
Succeeding pax: 200/pax/day
Holiday:
First 2 pax: 300/pax/day
Succeeding pax: 350/pax/day
Pool cleaning schedule (closed during cleaning):
Monday: Lap pool (big adult pool)
Tuesday: Smaller adult pool and kiddie pool
Proper swimming attire is required to use the pool. Please see image on the listing to check acceptable swimming attires.
PARKING
You may reserve a parking slot inside the premises for min 300/night.

To go to the three malls, there are jeepneys going there. But if you like a little bit of exercise, it can be reached by walking only around 500-700 meters.
There is a laundry shop at the entrance of Trees. Outside Trees, differrent shops, restaurants and fast foods can be easily seen.
VISITORS:
Only the indicated guests are allowed to stay in the property. Additional visitors, regardless how long, are not allowed in the property. Applicable to those staying for less than a month.

CLEANLINESS:
As part of our enhanced cleaning protocol, the whole unit is cleaned and sanitized. Bed sheets, towels, etc. are all newly washed and cleaned for the safety and well-being of the guests. We are in a Clean As You Go policy, so please tidy up the unit before leaving.
REQUIREMENTS:
One valid ID per each guest needs to be sent upon confirmed booking for guest authorization. Guests also need to deposit one valid ID per each guest to security before proceeding to the unit.
