CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT DETAILS:
Our friendly staff will personally assist you for the check in and check out.
- Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM.

- Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM.

- EARLY check-in fee is P250 PER HOUR. This is to cover for the utilities in the unit.
- LATE check-out fee is P250 PER HOUR. This is to cover for the utilities in the unit.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
> We sincerely apologize, we won't be able to always accommodate "EARLY check-in request of guests" as we need enough time to clean and disinfect the unit after every check out of guests at around 12:00 PM.
> We're very sorry, we won't be able to always accommodate "LATE check-out request of guests" as we need enough time to clean and disinfect the unit if we have guests for check in at 3:00 PM.
> Payment of early check in fee and late check out fee shall be made via GCash, bank transfer or agoda's send money transfer.

CANCELLATION OR REBOOKING OF RESERVATION:
• CANCELLATION: Not allowed. This booking is non-refundable. Payment for the reservation shall be forfeited if you cancel.
• REBOOKING/MODIFICATION: We allow rebooking of reservation at least TWO WEEKS before the check in date of guests. One time charge of P1,000 per request for the rebooking fee.
• CANCELLED / DIVERTED FLIGHTS: The host is not responsible for diverted or cancelled 3rd party transportation to the premises, cancellation policy still applies.
• NO-SHOW POLICY: Your payment will be forfeited if you fail to arrive on your check-in date. Failure to arrive on the specified date will automatically forfeit the reservation.
• FORCE MAJEURE: The host will not be held liable for services not rendered or for any loss or damage due to natural calamity, diverted or cancelled third party transportation to the premises as well as national and government mandated events. Cancellation policy still applies.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT IN THE UNIT:
> One king size bed
> Extra floor mattresses. Single size and 4 inches thick per foam/floor mattress. These will be placed inside the room beside the queen size bed on the floor.
> Brown sofa can be a sleeping couch.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
> For reservation/booking with 1 or 2 booked/declared guests only, they will use the queen size bed only. No extra floor mattress will be provided.
> For reservation/booking with 3, 4 or 5 booked/declared guests, they will use the queen size bed and we will provide extra floor mattresses according to the number of booked/declared guests upon (URL HIDDEN)
> For additional guests who are not declared upon booking, extra fee is P300 per person. This for the beddings and access to amenities.

GUEST REQUIREMENTS BEFORE CHECK IN:
Kindly send via agoda chat box/inbox the following guest information before check in date for guest authorization and registration:
A. Kindly send a copy of ONE VALID ID of the MAIN GUEST who will stay in the unit. You can attach a photo file via agoda inbox.
Note: If you book the reservation for somebody else, kindly send his/her one valid ID and mobile number.
