Just a few steps walk to VENICE GRAND CANAL MALL at Mckinley Hills, Taguig City.
Around 10 to 20 minutes Grab or drive to BGC, St. Luke's Hospital, Bonifacio High Street, Central Square, Market Market, SM Aura
Very accessible from Manila Airport Terminal 1, 2 and 3, Makati, Ortigas and Pasig.

EXCLUSIVE PARKING SPACE:
- Very secured and covered parking space at the condo building for our agoda guests only.

> You won't be charged for every in and out of your car at the condo building so you can go around the nearby areas absolutely hassle-free
> Nearby pay parking will cost around P500 - P600 for overnight stay plus additional charges for every in and out of your car from their parking premises.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT:
- One king-size bed (75" X 75"), it's good for two to three guest.
- One black sofa bed, maybe use as an extra bed, it can accommodate one to two guests.
- The whole studio condo unit can accommodate one to four guests.
Our amenities are located at the second floor of the building. Just one elevator ride from our unit to the amenities floor.
Amenities: Gym, Swimming Pool, Indoor Playroom/Day Care Center for Kids, Outdoor Playroom
1) Swimming pools and Childrens Pool are open from Tuesdays to Sundays (7am to 10pm).
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Swimming Pools are closed on "MONDAYS" for weekly preventive maintenance or cleaning. This is to ensure that the water in the pool is very clean and safe.
The host is not responsible for any inconvenience if in case the guest/s will not be able to use the swimming pools if their booking/check-in date falls on Monday.
2) Gym is open from Mondays to Sundays (7am to 10pm)
3) Indoor Playroom/Day Care Center for Kids is open from Mondays to Sundays (7am to 7pm)
Kindly send complete names of all the guests and one valid ID of the main/principal guest at least one day prior check-in/arrival date as we have to send these details in advance to our reception for your entry pass. Guest details can be forwarded to us through agoda, Viber or e-mail address.
Our standard CHECK-IN TIME is at 3:00PM or anytime between 3:00PM to 3:00AM the next day.
Our standard CHECK-OUT TIME is at 12:00 PM/NOON
Note: Early Check-in or Late Check-out maybe considered as long as we don't have guests before or after your check-in or check-out date.
We would appreciate if you could coordinate your request in advance.
Please be reminded that for late check-in from 4:00PM to 3:00AM, our standard check-out time shall be followed at 12:00 PM/NOON.
We want to make sure that the next guest after you check-out will be provided an excellent service and clean unit as we need enough time to clean and change the beddings prior the arrival of our next guest/s. It's the same thing as we prepare the unit on the day of your check-in so you can have your best stay.

NOTE: Our reception/guards on duty do not allow safekeeping of your belongings at the condo's lobby to avoid any loss.
If in case you need to leave your bags, belongings or luggage before 3:00PM, please advise us at least one day prior check in date so we can properly accommodate your request and safe keep your belongings.
We use lockbox key storage for our check-in and check-out. We will provide the lockbox code upon arrival at the building.
