Spacious 40 square meters Studio Unit with balcony overlooking the city. Located at the 26th floor of KL Tower Serviced Residences, 117 Gamboa Street, Legaspi Village, Makati City.
Across roads are numerous luxury shops, restaurants, bars, spa, and corporate establishments and parks.
This place is your home away from home.

The studio unit with balcony is fully equipped with the following amenities.

Parking can be arranged from the building admin. Rate is P250/day.
Guests must submit fully vaccination card and passport (for foreigners) or any valid government ID (for locals) once reservation is confirmed. These will be submitted to the building administration.
Guests must properly coordinate about his/her arrival time or travel itinerary.
Upon arrival, please present the original copy of submitted documents for verification. Security will also ask you to sign up health survey forms.
Guests have access to swimming pool, gym, and common areas.
We are not affiliated with the building services, any concerns must be coursed through us via agoda messaging and we will gladly assist you.
For long term guests, cleaning and change of beddings is done every after 5 days.
Only the registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking, vaping, e-cigarette, are strictly prohibited inside the unit.
Refrain from bringing deadly weapons and prohibited drugs.
Any equipment/device used for heavy gaming that consumes high electricity is strictly prohibited.
Do not move or remove any furnishings in the unit, installing fixtures, vandalism, and alterations without the permission from the host.
If guests will leave the unit, kindly turn off all the appliances especially the air- conditioning units.
Minimize noise level during late hours and avoid partying as not to disturb the neighbors.
Properly dispose trash in sealed bags in the garbage Shute to prevent pests.
Clean up the dishes and food containers after using.
Conserve water.
Refrain flushing foreign objects in the toilet bowl.
