Introducing our stunning 2BR/2BA condo unit at the Grass Residences in the heart of Quezon City.
Inside our cozy and spacious condo unit, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms featuring two full double beds on both rooms with fresh linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The two bedrooms boast with windows that bathe the space in natural light and providing a picturesque view of the city. Additionally, two full bathrooms are stocked with essential amenities including towels, dental kits, toiletries and hot and cold shower.
In the living room you'll find a cozy sofabed where you can sit comfortably while watching movies on Netflix. Also enjoy its fast internet reaching up to 200mbps. A big addition to this is the centralized air conditioning in the whole condo unit for your total relaxation.
The fully equipped kitchen caters to all your culinary needs, featuring a stove, microwave oven, heating kettle, refrigerator and cooking and dining utensils. If cooking isn't your preference, plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby offer delectable local and international cuisine.
Relax yourself in the morning at the Balcony where you can have your breakfast while enjoying the city view or have a few drinks at night with cool wind and scenic skyline view.
For access to our swimming pools and amenities such as the fitness gym, badminton and basketball courts, you can purchase vouchers at the billing office during office hours from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturday for a separate fee of 150 pesos per head per day. Please be aware that only individuals who are listed in the visitor's pass shall be permitted to purchase these vouchers, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all our guests. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
My place is just a stone throw away from the two of the biggest mall in Quezon City. There's a bridge connecting from the condo vicinity going to Sm North Edsa, The Block and to Trinoma Mall where you can enjoy a variety of food from different restaurants, food courts and food bazaars. You can shop, watch movies, bowling, and enjoy malling without the hustle of driving or getting a ride.
There are also lots of gimmick bars, comedy bars, sport bars, Spa, international food cuisine restaurant places like in Tomas Morato and Timog avenue areas, just a few kilometers away from Grass Residences.
Getting around is hassle free with convenient access to public transportation like buses, jeepneys, taxis, grab and a nearby MRT station facilitating easy exploration of other parts of the city.
In case you have a car to drive around the city, there's an available pay parking slots within the vicinity of Grass Residences. If ever that there's no more available pay parking, you can park overnight at SM North Edsa Carpark with a fixed parking fee of 300 php after 12 midnight.
In order to proceed with a reservation, we kindly request that all guests to provide a valid government issued ID. For foreign guests, a passport will be required, while students may present their school ID's or birth certificates.
Please note that only registered guests will be permitted to enter the unit and visitors who are not registered will not be granted access to the premises of Grass. These requirements have been put in place to prioritize the safety and security of all our guests and to adhere to Grass Condominium's regulations.
