We do love a nice and relaxing massage hence we bought a massage bed. You can book on call masseuse and have relaxing massage at the unit.

Pay parking are available inside Grass Residences but should there be no vacancy then guest can park at SM North EDSA which is just beside the condo.
IMPORTANT:
- Grass Residences is a secured community and as such our admin mandated all guests to have security clearance. Please submit valid government issued ID's a day in advance to avoid delay or possibility of not able to enter the premises.
-Our home is located at Tower 3.
- A security deposit of 2000 php will be collected during check in and will be refunded during checkout.
-Grass Residences doesn't allow PET.
- Strictly NO SMOKING within the unit including Balcony.
